Neuropsychology Evaluations

What types of evaluations are available?

We offer several types: 

  • Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations: For cognitive, attention, personality, and behavioral concerns. 
  • Developmental Evaluations: Focused on conditions like ADHD, learning disorders, or autism spectrum disorder. 
  • Older Adult Evaluations: Designed for clients 70+, with shorter sessions to reduce fatigue. 
  • Non-Clinical Evaluations: For legal matters, disability claims, work-related injuries, or decision-making questions. 

What do I get to submit to insurance?

We’ll provide a superbill—a detailed receipt that includes all the codes insurance companies need to process your claim.
Plus, we’ve partnered with Reimbursify to help submit your claim at no cost to you. You can use find a link to their app and website at: https://reimbursify.com/filefast/

How do I calculate what I’ll get back from insurance?

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept: 

  • Personal checks 
  • Traditional credit cards 
  • HSA/FSA cards 
  • Medical loans or low-interest credit cards (like those with 0% APR intro periods) 
     

Payment is due before your intake appointment. At this time, we do not offer payment plans—but we’re happy to help you explore affordable options. 

Can I schedule follow-ups or request additional paperwork?

Yes! You’re welcome to schedule a follow-up after the results appointment. Additional services outside the standard evaluation (e.g., documentation for work accommodations, disability, or education support) are billed at $350/hour, in 15–30 minute increments.
